It is restructured by former Shanghai railway construction (group) Co., LTD, fujian railway construction (group) Co., LTD and nanchang railway engineering (group) Co., LTD, has railway construction general contracting, municipal utilities, housing construction, highway construction contract level, is a project specialized contracting construction qualification of large state-owned construction enterprise in the urban rail transit, bridge, tunnel, highway roadbed, railway electrification etc, headquartered in Shanghai. The 13 subsidiary are in anhui, jiangsu, zhejiang, fujian, jiangxi and Shanghai, and also has agencies in Beijing, tianjin, chengdu, wuhan, xi’an, Hohhot.
